Skip the Cuervo, hit the H2O!

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, and the likely sleepy looks we’ll see in class tomorrow, an announcement from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention: it’s National Drinking Water Week! The CDC notes and celebrates this week the fact that the United States enjoys some of the safest drinking water supplies in the world. May 5th through 11th has hereby been designated as a week of observance to protect our Precious Bodily Fluids.

  1. Reblogged this on Perspectives on Aging and commented:
Nicely done Prof. Singleton! A reminder we can all use regardless of age.

    • Unfortunately, the younger BIO230 readers are probably wondering why I embedded some old black and white film clip into this.

  2. There were definitely some sleepy looks in class today.

  3. BIO 153 students were not thrilled to walk around outside today. Prof described one student as “booze warm.”
