Second lab practical and lab journals

Scores for the second lab practical have been posted in Blackboard. The course average for the practical was 78%, which reflects total points out of 90 after adding in the bonus exercise on pandemic influenza. The course average without the bonus was approximately 74%, so everyone benefited equally from the exercise.  Lab journal scores for Singleton lab sections have been posted, and all Singleton lecture bonus points have been updated. Please contact me if you suspect any discrepancy in scores. The Running total should be a total of all lab and lecture grades, minus your low score on a semester exam.

Just a reminder that I will be holding an in person final review session on Saturday, December 18, from 1 to 3 PM. It will be either in Campbell Hall 232 or in Life Sciences 203 (the Micro lab,) depending on availability. For those of you unable to attend, the final will be primarily multiple choice questions, with a set of free response questions at the end. It is my anticipation that the average time to complete the exam will be about 1 hour, but you will have the full two hour time block available for your class section.
